We are happy to provide you with the information for the upcoming sales for the 2025 Graduation Banquet.
General Event Information
Event Date: Thursday, May 29th, 2025, 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Event Location: Grey Eagle Event Centre
Cost: $120 (including GST and ticketing fee)
· Graduands, family, and friends are invited to the event. All attendees require a ticket. This is a formal event; attendees are expected to wear formal attire.
· Details about the menu and address can be viewed when purchasing your tickets
· There are no in/out privileges, please plan to stay in the venue during the running time of the event.
· This is CBE / School sponsored event – no alcohol or drugs are allowed before or during the event for anyone attending, regardless of age.
Ticket Purchasing Information
· Tickets will be available to purchase using the ticketing program RYCOR through CBE PowerSchool and can be accessed through your myCBE account by clicking on the "graduation banquet" icon
· If the graduating student has turned 18 before ticket sales begin and parents do not permission to access PowerSchool, they will need to create a new profile that will be the account used to purchase tickets. Please see the instructions below.
· Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis starting on Tuesday, April 15 at 9:00 am.
· When purchasing tickets each graduating student and their guests will need a ticket.
· When purchasing tickets, the names and any food allergies of each attendee / special dietary requirements of each attendee will need to be entered to ensure you and your guests have the best experience possible on this special night.
· There is no limit to the number of tickets each family can purchase; each table seats a maximum of 10 people, if you wish to sit with a group please organize with your friends and choose an area/set of tables that can accommodate your group; an interactive map will be available when purchasing tickets to allow you to see where other attendees have purchased tickets.
· Once tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds and no opportunity to change table seating - please be organized and prepared when purchasing tickets.
· Once all information is entered for each attendee and you have clicked OK the total fee will show up in the cart.
· A credit card or debit card can be used to pay for your order within 10 minutes or your seats will be returned to the system.
· Please save a copy of your receipt or print your receipt to bring to the Grey Eagle Event Centre as proof of your purchase to enter the venue.
· Ticket sales end on Thursday, May 15 at 11:00 pm.

If you are now an 18-year-old student and your parents/guardians do not have access to PowerSchool, you need to create a new profile – you are now your own “legal guardian”. Follow the instructions below to create your new account:
1. Log into my MyCBE PowerSchool
2. Click the purple button called “Create a MyCBE ACCOUNT”
3. Click on the right tab called “Independent Student”
4. Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking on the small box
5. Click on the purple button “Create Independent Student Account”
6. Fill in the required information (Legal name, CBE Id #, date of birth, and email address
7. Create a username and password.
8. You will now have access to PowerSchool and be able to purchase tickets
