Our biggest fundraising event of the year! Proceeds from ticket sales and the auction go toward making the music program at Bowness High School the success that it is. Music will be provided by all three BHS ensembles, and BHS's esteemed culinary department will provide delectable dishes to complement a cash Soda Bar.

Why We Do This?

It costs $27,000 per year to operate the BHS Music program, and our current provincial funding provides only a very small portion of that. Most of our operational costs come from student fees and the fundraising efforts of the Bowness High School Parents Association (BHSMPA). To this end, the BHSMPA aims to raise $12,500 per year so that:

1) students' band fees won't be raised to make up the shortfall
2) the music instruction and musical experiences offered by the BHS Music won't be cut or decreased

So dust off those dancin' shoes, check out the auction items, and get ready for a grand night out to support the BHS Music Program!
