- The Graduation Banquet Ticket Sales are Finally here! The sale starts MONDAY April 15th at 9:00 AM.
- Tickets can be purchased through Power School in the Fees Section. Purchasers will need to click on the “graduation banquet” icon. Select the number of tickets required at the table you choose, and then fill out the required information. The maximum number of seats at a table are 10 seats.
- Once the form is filled out and clicked “OK”, the fees will show up in the shopping cart.
- Tickets will need to be paid for at that time, otherwise you will lose the seats picked out.
- Tickets are 110$ a person, and everyone who will be attending must purchase a ticket, including the grade 12 student.
- There are no limits to the number of tickets you may purchase, but please make sure you organize with your friends if you want to sit together. Pick a table or an area, then you can all purchase tickets in the same location. We can NOT change your table after you purchase a seat.
- Seats are first come first served and are only open until May 15, so purchase them soon!

When is Grad? Wednesday May 29, 2024. The Ceremony and the Banquet are the same day.
Where is Grad? The Graduation Ceremony will be held 9:30 am at The Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. 1415 — 14th Avenue NW. Parking is $7.00. The Grad Banquet will be held at The Grey Eagle Resort & Casino, 3777 Grey Eagle Drive, SW. Parking is free. .
What time is the Ceremony? The Ceremony starts at 9:30 am sharp. You need to be there and in the line-up by 9:00 am. The lobby doors open at 8:00 am and the theatre doors open at 9:00 am. The ceremony will end at approximately 11:30 am.

What does my $60 + GST Grad fee cover? Jubilee (venue/technicians/ 4 guest tickets) $24.00 Grad Gown (includes souvenir hat and tassel) $18.00 Certificate/ Lifetouch photo $15.00 Decorations/Programs $3.00
Do I have to pay for parking at the Jubilee? Yes. Event parking is $7.00 and the lots are clearly marked. The C-Train also stops at the Jubilee and is an alternate mode of transportation.
What do I wear to the Ceremony? The Grad Ceremony is a formal event. Guests and Grads should be dressed appropriately. Grads, remember that you will be wearing a Grad gown and cap over your clothes. You may want to rethink jackets and sweaters if the weather is warm. Don’t forget your toonie for Friar Tuck.
How many Ceremony tickets am I allowed for guests? Each Grad will be given access to 4 tickets for guests for the ceremony. Once all Grads have selected their seats and tickets through Ticketmaster, the remaining tickets will become available.

Do I have to pay extra for tickets for the Ceremony? The cost of the 4 ceremony tickets for guests is included in your $60 Grad Fee. Fees must be paid before tickets can be distributed. If you have not paid your Grad Fees, please do so online at MyCBE . Ihttps://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html. If you are requesting additional Ceremony tickets, they will be available for purchase online at Ticketmaster. Each additional ticket will be $3.50 to cover the facility and the service fees.
When can I select my ceremony tickets? Tickets will become available Apr.15 at 10:30am. Click the link to access tickets online at Ticketmaster https://www.ticketmaster.ca/event/11006082607F0CA1 or you find it by searching for “Bowness High School Graduation 2024” on ticketmaster.ca. Your CBE ID number is the passcode for tickets.

What do we do if we do not want all 4 of our guests to sit in the same section other? The ability to select tickets and seats is entirely on the customer so tickets can be in separate locations (e.g. 2 on main floor and 2 in first balcony).
Is the Jubilee Auditorium wheelchair accessible? Yes. The ushers will be able to direct you to the wheelchair accessible seating upon arrival at the theatre. If you require wheelchair seats, please indicate that with your initial ticket request.
Do all guests need tickets to get in to the Ceremony? Yes. The ushers at the Jubilee will be scanning tickets as you enter the Theatre. You must have a printed OR digital copy of your tickets from Ticketmaster
Can I sit anywhere? No. You must sit in your assigned seats that you selected from Ticketmaster.
Do Grads need tickets to get in to the Ceremony? No. We have seats reserved for you with the Grad class.
Can I take photos during the Ceremony? Yes, but you need to stay in your seats. Lifetouch studios will be providing each Grad a complimentary photo of them crossing the stage.
What if I forget my cap and gown for the ceremony? Don’t. You cannot cross the stage without a cap and gown. We don’t have extras.
What if I forget to bring my printed tickets or can’t access my digital Ceremony tickets on the day of Grad? Check in at the Box Office at the Jubilee. A representative will be there to help you.
Can I bring food and drink in to the theatre? No. Only water is allowed.
What about my tassel? Tassels should start on the left before you cross the stage and will be switched over to the right after the ceremony.
