Dear Grade 12 Parents and Guardians,
We would like to share an important update regarding graduation information and banquet ticket sales for our Grade 12 students and families.
A mandatory Grade 12 graduation information meeting will be held on April 1 during Flex. This meeting will take place online, and students are expected to remain in their Block 1 classroom to attend. Important information will be provided regarding:
· Banquet details and ceremony ticketing
· Ceremony details and banquet ticketing
We strongly encourage you to remind your student to attend this meeting so they have the necessary information to support a smooth ticket purchasing process for the 2026 banquet and ceremony.
Banquet ticket sales will begin on April 2nd at 10:00 AM with an initial limit of 4 tickets to ensure all families have an opportunity to purchase seats. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. On April 15th, any remaining tickets will be released for purchase.

Reminder: ****All school fees must be paid in full before families can access banquet ticket sales. If you have any fees outstanding, the icon to purchase tickets will NOT be visible starting April 1st.
Any outstanding fees paid after April 1 will be updated manually in PowerSchool and may take up to 24 hours to process. We encourage families to check their PowerSchool account regularly until access to ticket purchasing becomes available.
Further details regarding ticket purchasing procedures will be shared with students during the meeting.
